Customization

Imagine taking a proven sensor platform and making it unmistakably yours—built for your application and carrying your brand’s signature.

Together we can tailor labeling and logo placement to your CI, provide customer‑specific documentation that speaks in your language and formats, engineer alternative connection options to fit your system architecture, and even apply color options that align with your product line.

Every customization begins with a detailed, engineer‑to‑engineer dialogue to capture requirements, compliance needs, and lifecycle considerations; and while we’ve been delivering such tailored solutions for decades, please note that certain configurations are only feasible with minimum order quantities to keep quality, cost, and lead time in balance.

Pressure Switches

Overpressure & Vacuum

Series 901 & 903

Engineered for demanding industrial environments, Beck pressure switches safeguard equipment and processes by reliably monitoring overpressure and vacuum across a wide range of media. Our versatile Series 901 covers everything from fine low‑pressure control to high‑pressure cut‑out up to 12 bar; choose factory‑set versions for repeatable switching or the Prescal variants with a scaled adjustment knob for quick, tool‑free setpoint tuning—even for aggressive liquids and gases when configured with the right materials. For ultra‑sensitive applications, the compact Series 903 is factory‑set for very low thresholds (± 5 mbar), making it ideal wherever early, precise switching protects pumps, filters, and ventilation circuits. Across the range, options for PPS or metal pressure connections and diaphragm materials align the switch to your medium and temperature, while proven use in wastewater technology, level measurement, pump control, and medical equipment underlines their robustness.

Differential Pressure Switches

Series 911.82, 930 Climair®, 908
When airflow and process integrity are non‑negotiable, Beck differential pressure switches deliver early, dependable switching to protect filters, fans, heat exchangers, duct systems and hydraulic loops. Our portfolio spans ultra‑low‑pressure air applications through to liquid systems, giving you precise control with proven German engineering.

Series 911.82 — Factory‑set precision for HVAC air monitoring
Designed for ventilation and building services, the 911.82 is factory‑set within 20–1,000 Pa and built for air and other non‑combustible, non‑aggressive gases. A silicone diaphragm and twin hose nipples simplify installation, while the compact form factor makes it a natural fit for filter status, duct flow, frost protection and fan overheat prevention. Max. working pressure is 10 kPa.

Series 930 Climair® — Adjustable, tool‑free setpoint with broad Pa ranges
Our iconic 930 Climair® lets you dial in the setpoint without a manometer using a scaled knob, with overlapping variants covering 20 Pa to 5,000 Pa for air and other non‑combustible, non‑aggressive gases. Typical uses include filter monitoring, industrial cooling air, duct flow supervision, damper and fire‑flap control, and frost protection, with an IP54 transparent cover as standard and ATEX type‑tested options available.
Series 908 — Adjustable differential switching for liquids and gases
For process and heating circuits, the 908 offers adjustable switching in robust mbar ranges (40–200 mbar; 150–1,000 mbar) and supports liquids and gases—including aggressive media when specified. Brass G 1/8 pressure connections and diaphragm options (EPDM / NBR / FKM / silicone) align materials to your medium and temperature, with a max. 10 bar working pressure (7 bar with plastic connections).

Pressure Transmitter

Overpressure,  Vacuum,                    differential pressure

Series 981,982,984,985,988,990

From ultra‑low air pressures in cleanrooms to robust liquid circuits in cooling and heating systems, Beck pressure transmitters turn subtle pressure changes into stable, industry‑standard signals.

981 — Compact relative transmitter for liquids & gases: Analogue transmitter for overpressure, vacuum or differential pressure with selectable 0–10 V (3‑wire) or 4–20 mA (2‑wire) output. Typical measuring ranges span ±50 mbar to 0…600 mbar, making the 981 a versatile low‑pressure workhorse for process and utility applications.

982R — Room/HVAC differential transmitter, set‑and‑go: Designed for air and other non‑combustible, non‑aggressive gases, 982R provides a single adjustable range with a clever one‑button 50% range reduction for rapid on‑site tuning; variants cover 0…100 Pa up to 0…10 kPa with generous overload reserves.

984 — Multi‑range flexibility in one device: The 984 series measures differential, over‑ and under‑pressure and offers up to eight switchable ranges plus two output signals (selectable via jumper or rotary switch). Models 984M/984A/984Q let you switch between ranges and outputs for fast commissioning across HVAC controls, VAV loops and filter monitoring.

985 — Performance options including Modbus: Like 984, the 985 family covers differential/over-/under‑pressure with multiple ranges (down to –100 Pa and up to 1 bar, depending on type). Choose 985M for 2‑wire 4–20 mA simplicity, or go digital with 985‑Modbus to parameterize and read data via Modbus RTU.

988 — Differential pressure transmitter for liquids: Purpose‑built for liquid circuits, 988 simplifies installation. Select 0–10 V or 4–20 mA (2‑wire/3‑wire) and ranges like 0…2 bar / 0…6 bar / 0…10 bar to match pumps, compressors and cooling loops.

990 — Differential pressure transmitter with integrated display: For air and non‑aggressive gases, 990 offers menu‑selectable outputs (0–10 V or 4–20 mA), manual (990M) or automatic (990A) zero, unit switching (Pa/mbar/inWC) and square‑root extraction for volume‑flow tasks; ranges span 0 Pa up to 2,500 mbar (type‑dependent).
